AR Committee Report: Discussion on AR 301 Shift Bidding it was agreed that this AR should be brought back to its original language. Discussion on AR 316 Employee Transfers it was felt that if the NDOC was going to change the AR on this matter it needed to include all of the wording in the NAC so the AR was not less restrictive or misleading.

I would like to let everyone know that my meeting with Harry Reid was very positive. He let me know that he was willing to work on the bill but he could not guarantee anything on the Public Safety Employer-Employee Act passing.
I also met with Aaron Cohen Chief of Staff for John Ensign his office is not supporting the bill.
